The Hotel Management application (Hotel Reservations) manages all the activities specific to the accommodation services, regardless of the capacity and number of rooms offered.

  • The application allows graphical definition of the hotel structure on levels and rooms, taking into account features such as number of beds, single / double, etc.
  • Reservations are made manually or directly from specialized sites (,, etc.). The application takes into account the date and the way the reservation was made and automatically picks up the preset rates (standard or promotional prices).
  • Phone bookings can be downloaded automatically into the app by integrating it with the hotel’s telephone line.
  • The booking management interface is represented by a Gantt graph where you can view the occupied, reserved, cleaned or vacant rooms for the desired period. From this interface you can check-in or check-out clients, add or cancel reservations. At any time, there is clear evidence of the number of free and reserved rooms.
  • In the Gantt interface, there can be accessed multiple filters.

  • There is a possibility to integrate and activate the access cards for the desired rooms.
  • It is possible to integrate the application with any cash register and issue bills. For accommodation, you can also issue invoices, in lei or any currency, and you can pay by card, cash, etc. Invoices can be submitted automatically in PDF format, by email, to customers. Accounting records are automatically found in the Accounting application.
  • It allows discounts to loyal customers.
  • It provides access to dedicated reports: hotel occupancy, sales by marketing channel, etc.
