Project Management

Project Management involves tracking of each stage in a construction project or other complex projects.

This means that in ASiS we:

  • introduce Technical description of the project
  • Generate time sheets for projects, directly from construction sites
  • Track the quantities of materials needed and we compare them with estimates for each project
  • Manage and track contracts with suppliers of materials and services needed to carry out the projects
  • Calculate costs and compare them to contracted project value
Project Management
  • On construction sites, dedicated staff (engineers) benefit from real-time access to the ASiS ERP system through the ASiSmobile component. This app can be accessed from smartphone or tablets with Android or IOS, based on user and password.
  • Data entered can be quickly identified on construction projects.
  • Time sheet data entry on mobile devices is limited. Validation of information is encouraged and data is modified where necessary.
  • It is not necessary to introduce each time the composition of the team and the hours worked by each of its members. The hours worked from the previous day are automatically taken and changes (rest leave, medical leave, etc) are operated.
  • In order to certify the receipt of materials on site, the site manager makes a picture of the document received with the transport of materials. The photo is automatically uploaded to the ASiS ERP database, and all the documents are handled at the headquarters. Effective document submissions occur later, but until they arrive at headquarters, they are already operated in the ERP system.
  • For the machinery that is used on a construction site, engineers prepare documents, take a picture of them, upload the picture into ASiS ERP system and then, the documents are introduced the same day at headquarters.

Facilitates business-to-business communication, especially when there are large chain of supermarkets or hypermarkets.


Facilitates efficient lead management and the conversion process, relationships with potential customers and interactions with existing ones.

Point of Sale

Is designed for sales and it connects to cash registers or fiscal printers.

Delivery orders

Tracks delivery orders from customers, warehouses of the company or work points.
